The dark, detractor emotion responsible for taking more that our fair share of credit, on a job.  This emotion consolidates our sense of self, in an exaggerated way, to ensure the gains have our “name” written on it. 

 

Many managers are infamous for stealing their more talented employees projects to further their careers.  Their actions, behaviors and decisions are powered by this detractor emotion.  High employee turn-over is a negative consequence of this emotion.
