This extraordinarily fearless emotion, is responsible for us remembering every individual whose brilliance and effort has contributed to the success we enjoy. 

 

This is a difficult emotion to mature, because examples of it in the workplace continue to be rare.  But in organizations built by such leaders, rewards are equitably shared, the flourishing of many have been ensured and a radical culture of growth in the team and organization have been the result.  Cultivating this emotion, is difficult for narcissists, charistmatic-beings who wish to be the center of attention or egotistic supervisors, who wish to unfairly grow their authority.

 

Yet those leaders who have been powered by a juidicious expression of generosity, have built a thriving ecosystem of brilliant employees, who give more than expected, at every instance!
